Youth Retreat 2024
This year, TriCity is partnering with four other churches (Christ City, Crossridge, Midtown, and Westside) for our annual youth retreat. It’s going to be an amazing time of games, friendships, and encountering Jesus through his written Word. Retreats are a great time to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, away from electronics, and all the other distractions that life throws our way. This year’s theme is: Finding Your Belonging In God’s Family
Everyone wants to belong to something. We desire to have security, hope, and community where we belong as well. The things that we turn to for belonging often cannot deliver on their promises either, be it sports teams, clubs, or social groups.
But as Christians, we belong to the family of God, and being a part of God’s family brings us so much more than we could ask for. During this retreat, we are going to see how we become a part of this family and what it actually means for us to belong as sons and daughters of God!
